Paul S. Cauwels

Commercial Real Estate Developer that started his career in Apartment development in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Projects completed in Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Amarillo, and Tucson. Initial focus was on adult luxury apartments and then ventured into value add multifamily redevelopment. In the early 90’s Paul moved into office, retail and industrial in New Mexico, Texas, and Orange County. The total size of the portfolio over his tenure exceeded 3 million sf. His current work is as a sole practitioner working in build to suit and spec industrial development and asset management for his reaming portfolio of land and property.
